The minutes of the regular meeting held September 11, 1945 were read and approved. A motion we made by Trustee''Tennis and seconded'by Trustee Stanger -that proceedings be institute, for the fereolosure of the lien of the unpaid installments of special assessments levied against certain properties in H. 0. Stone & Company's Addition to Deerfield and in Cornell Company's Addition to Briarwoods in conformance . with petition as presented to this Board Motion unanimously_carried. Those voting "Aye" being .Trustee Bradt,•Cazel,_Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Those voting "Nay" being ::one. The following bills.were read and a motion was made by Trustee Stanger which was duly seconded by Trustee Scott that these bills De paid if, as and-when funds are available. Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas- Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Scott, Stanger a.nd•Tennis. Motion carried. Trustee Scott made a motion that we accept the,,report of the Police Magistrate showing $65.00 in fines collected for the month of September, 1945. This motion was seconded -by Trustee Cazel. Roll call resulted as follows.` Yeas- All.,Nays- None. Motion carried. Trustee Bradt made a motion which was duly seconded by Trustee Cazel that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLVED, that the action of the President, Robert S; Alexander in appointing Ray Goodman as Chairman, -John Silence as Secretary-- Treasurer and 77illiam Bauman to act as a Community. Center Committee, be confirmed. - BE, AND IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that the President of this Board be authorized to turn over to the Community Center'' Committee any funds now on hand. Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye[' being Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Those voting 'Nay" being None. A motion was made,by Trustee Tennis and seconded by Trustee Stanger that proceedings be instituted for the foreclosure of the lien of the unpaid installments of special assessments levied against the North Half of the South Half.of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 43 North, Range 12, -East of the 3rd P. M. in conformance with petition as presented to this Board. Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas- Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Nays- None. Motion carried. Trustee Tennis made a motion which was seconded by Trustee Cazel that the following resolution to institute foreclosure proceedings -of the lien of the unpaid installments of special assessments levied against the ,following described property be adopted. Roll call. Yeas- Trustee Bradt, Cazel,-- Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Nays- None.
