The regular meeting of the President and the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the
President Robert S. Alexander at 8 P. M.
Roll call,. Present- Trustee Uazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger
and Tennis.
Absent - Trustee Bradt.
The minutes of our regular meeting held July 17, 1945

It was moved-by 'Trustee Mercurio and seconded by Trustee
Ca,zel that a Class "C" Liquor License be issued to the Briergate
Country Club.

�+ Trustee Stanger ~made a motion that the lease as submitted
by the Deerfield Temple Association be accepted subject to the
Y approval of Village Attorney Erwin Seago. This motion was
seconded by Trustee Tennis.
Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye+f being
Trustee.Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis, Those voting
"Nay" being None.
It was molted by Trustee Tennis and seconded by Trustee
Stanger that we receive the report as submitted by the Auditor
Albert L. Roderick and that the same be referred to the Finance
Committee.
g Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas-
_ Trustee Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Nays—
None. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Tennis and seconded by Trustee
Stanger that the following adjustment be made an the Geo. Antes
bill for-water consumed at 934 Sunset Court from. July 9 1945 to
,July 30, 1945; 500 cu. ft. 0 3g¢ per 100 cu. ft. and 3300 cu. ft.
G 18¢ per 100 cu. ft. or a total of $7.54.
Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas— Trustee Cazel, Mercurio ..'
Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Nays— None. Motion carried.
Trustee Cazel made a motion that Public Works Superintendent
Johnston be authorized to purchase the necessary pipe for the
filtering bed at the septic tank. This motion was seconded by r
Trustee Tennis.
Roll call. Yeas Trustee Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stenger
and Tennis. Nays— None. Motion carried
