Engelhard, Willian-E.. Hinchsliff, Joseph 117. King, Vernon M. Y,6intzer and Clarence Wilson. Absent - Village President, Andrew G. Bradt and Trustee Tlynkoop. ` Motion was made by Trustee Eugene F. Engelhard, seconded by Trustee Willian E. Hinchsliff, that Trustee Joseph W, Kidg be President pro -tem in the absence of the Village President; • on roll call, the results were :*Ayes - ELlgene"F. Engelhard, Tlilliam E. Hinchsliff, Joseph 117. King "",Vernon M.- Meintzer and Clarence Wilson. Nays - ..None. Trustee Joseph W. King, thereupon assumed.the chair,.and presided.` The Village Clerk then presented an-ordinance` providing for the' submission .to..the voters of the Village ofvDeerfield, Lake County, .Illinois, the question of issuing $87,000.00 r4 Municipal.-Building Bonds-at a' special .election to -be . held in and for the. said,Village:on the 21st'day of April, 1953. q After aid ordinance was. I read, Trustee William� E. Hinchsliff moved', seconded ` by:Trustee - Clarence Vlilson'.that.said' ordinance be passed.
