Seyl showing y436.00,� $20.00�,and.$7.50gespectively collected by them together with their checks for these amounts, be received• - Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas - Trustee Hinchsliff, King, Meintzer, Wilson and 'Viynkoop. Nays- None. Motion Carried. It was moved by Trustee Wynkoop and seconded by Trustee Hinchsliff that the Village Attorney Thomas A. Matthews be directed by the Village Board to represent the Village of Deerfield on the appeal of the National Brick Coto revoke the decision of the County Board of Supervisors. Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being Trustee Hinchsliff, King, Meintzer, Wilson and Wynkoop. Those voting "Nay" being None. qz 4. 711 a � F � A motion was made by Trustee Wynkoop and seconded by Trustee Meintzer that the Village of Deerfield (by its Clerk) notify the Zoning, Building, and Sanitation Enforcement, Plats and Map Department of the Board of Supervisors, that the Cease and Desist order, issued by the Lake County Zoning Department on the National Brick`Company, ordering the Brick Co.' • to cease work and activity in the digging of clay on land subsequently purchased by it, located north of the original 33 acres, is being violated, and asking that committee to take immediate action to enforce its order. Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas - Trustee Hinchsliff, King, Meintzer, Wilson and Wynkoop. Nays- None. Motion carried. It wqs moved by Trustee Wynkoop and seconded by Trustee Meintzer that the Zoning, Building,and Sanitation Enforcement, Plats and Map Department of . the Board of Supervisors be notified that the National Brick Company is using its property for the dumping of garbage, which is in violation of the zoning law and without permit, and that it be ordered immediately to cease and desist such operations, and hat the Enforcement Committee take such action to enforce its order. Upon roll call the following vote was takers. Yeas- Trustee Hinchsliff, King, Reintzer, Nilson and Wynkoop. Nays- None.
