M. with the following trustees'responding to the roll call; Engelhard, Hinchsliff, King, Meintzer dnd Wilson:' Absent Trustee Wynkoop. It was moved by Trustee Hinchsliff and seconded by Trustee Engelhard that Trustee King preside at this meeting as President pro- tem.,Motion carried.
