M. for the purpose of re- passing the Appropriation t Ordinance for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1952 and ending April 309 1953• Roll call- Present- Trustee Engelhard, Hinchsliff, Meintzer and Wilson. 'I Absent - Trustee King and Ilynkoop. it was stated that the Deerfield ReQiew failed to publish the Apprbri- ! ation Ordinance passed July L(" 1952 within the 10 day period required by lair and therefore ,a motion was made by Trustee Wilson and seconded l By Trustee Hin.chsliff that the Appropriation Ordinance passed on Tuly 149 19520 be repassed. Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas- Trustee Engelhard, Hincheliff, Meintzer and Nilson. Nays- None. Nays - None, Motion .carried. President Andrew G. Bradt appointed George Flagler as temporary Building Commissioner, and it was moved by Trustee Englehard, and seconded by Trustee Meintzer, that this appointment be confirmed by this hoard.. Roll call resulted as follows: Yeas - all. Nays - None. Motion carried. A motion was made by Trustee Meintzer, and seconded by Trustee.Englehard;'that'the following - agreement with °the Park Board proposed by attorney Matthews in his letter of'June 20, 1952, be adopted, and that a copy thereof be submitted to Mr. S "dm. B. Gilmour with an inquiry as to whether the Deerfield Park Board would be willing to enter into it: G "Upon the acquisition by the Village of that portion of Jewett Park authorized by the Village Board to be purchased,.the right of -way from Vaukegan Road to the remainder of the park shall be located at the southerly limit of the tract so acquired. This location may be changed at any time, or the easement may be terminated, upon agreement by the board of commissioners of the Park District and the board of trustees of the village."
