Trustee Engelhard has arrived and recorded aq pr•esgnte It was moved by Trustee Engelhard and seconded by Trustee Hinchsllff that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake Couty, Illinois -file a protest with.the Zoning$ Building, Sanitation.Enforse- ment, Plate and -Map Department of,the Couty Board -of Sopervisors, advising then that the National Brick Company has been operating_its drag line beyond the original area of the non - conforming use and is therefore in violation of the Lake - County Zoning Ordinance, and there• fore requests that the Zoning, Building, Sanitation Enforcement, Plats and Maps Department make an investigation and take immediate action to stoptthis.violation.
