It was moved.by_T;ustee Engelhard -that- -the Village Board accept -the
_4 proposal as submitted by +Consoer -and Townsend to make a survey and
report of'.the ohauges \necessary in our present - sewage sy stem and
sewage treatment facilities as required,by the State of- -Illinois
and as set forth in the Engineer's proposal, further that said engineer
proceed.with the drawing.of plans, specifications '.and'the, general
supervision of thq cohstruction of the agreed changes in this system
as set forth further' -in their letter of February 139 1952 and February
29p 1952, all subject to final approval of the contract by the.Village
Board.and'its Attorney. c

It was moved by Trustee Engelhard and seconded by Trustee Wynkoop
that thetVillage.Board accept the proposal asssubmitted by Baxter
and Woodmar} -to make a survey and report of the changes acessary in
. our presents sewage system and sewage treatment facilities as required
by the State of Illinois and as set forth in the Engineer's proposal,
further that said Engineer proceed with the•drawing of plans,
u- ..specifications and 'the general supervision of the construction of.the
agreed changes in this system as set forth further in their letter of
March 39'- 1952 ,and March 15, 1952, all subject to the final 'approval- of
the contract by tha�Village Board and its Attorney. �•
Motion unanimously carried. .Those voting "Aye" being Trustee Engelhard,
Hinchsliff, King, Meintzer,Wilson, and Tlynkoop. Those, voting "Nay ".
being None.
A motion was made by Trustee Wynkoop and seconded by Trustee King that
the•Village Board of the Village of Deerfield, through its Police
Department, employ an additional full time police officer and,alsO
purchase another police car in addition to their present car, and also
employ 4% special part time police for safety patrol duty at the various
schools.within the Village, subject th the`ability`of the Village to
finance the 'Barre. 4=
