Ws, Co 'ALABECK Gentlemen: Confirming the consensus of opinion of the joint meeting of representatives of Jewett Park Board, Deerfield Park Board, and -the Deerfield Village Board - f held yesterday at the Village Halls, the Village accepts the offer made.by the Board of the Jewett Park Association in Mr. Przyborskils letter of January 28, 1952s subject to the following agreed -on modifications: paragraph (a), page 2. Eliminate "be commenced within five years from the date of the conveyance of said real estate." paragraph (b), page'2. Strike out this paragraph. °Replace it -with a pare.- graph to be agreed on by the attorneys representing the three Boards, the effect of which will be that ingress and egress to the park property will be provided over a strip of land not to exceed 39 feet in width, the location of which is to be agreed upon by the Park Board and the Village Board.w�at..
