The regular maotin.g of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the Clerk Chester Wessling at 8 P. 21; with the followink; trustees responding to thecroll call; Engelhard, Hinchsliff, H4rner-W449 Mcintzer, Wilson and ITynkoop. Absent - Trustee King. Loved, seconded and carried that Trustee HinchsliPP be appointed President pro ten. The minutes of the regular meeting held June 11, 19519 the special meeting held June 29, 1951 and theregular meeting held July 9, 1951 were read and approved. Tae minutes of the special meetings held July 17,, 1951, July 30, 1951 and 4he Auguet 60 1951 were read and approved. The following bills were read and it was moved by Trustee Wilson and aeconded by Trustee Meintzer that these bills be paid, if, asp and when funds are available.
