CONTRACT FOR SEWER CHARGES
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois,
that:
Section 1. The proposed contract, as revised, between
the Village of Deerfield and the City of Highland Park, relating
to sewage services, a copy of which contract is hereto attached
and by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
Section 2. The President and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said contract on behalf of the Village.
