R-08-08RESOLUTION NO. x -08 -08 VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD & fha rr R S+I65,7 '%3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES REGARDING: Illinois Department of Transportation Route: Lake Cook Road Section: Pfingsten Rd to Waukegan Rd County: Cook Job No.: R -90- 009 -06 Parcel No.: OG50002 WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield, a Municipal Corporation, is the fee owner of the real estate legally described in Exhibits "A" attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the State of Illinois desires to acquire from Village of Deerfield a fee simple acquisition in and to the real estate described in Exhibit W, attached hereto for use of the Illinois Department of Transportation for highway purposes and has made an offer to the Village of Deerfield in the amount of'$39,000.00 as compensation for the permanent acquisition. It is the desire of the Village of Deerfield to grant said .fee simple interests...
