BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. The agreement between the Department of Public
Works and Buildings, State of Illinois, and the Village of Deerfield
for the maintenance of automatic traffic control signals at the corner
of Waukegan Road and Lake -Cook Road is hereby approved.
Section 2. The President and Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said agreement on behalf of the Village.

The ownership of the signals installed under the provisions of this
