BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the

that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

Dear Mr. Street:
The Resolution for the above - referenced section adopted by the President and
Board of Trustees on February 4, 2008, received on February 20, 2008, was
approved as of February 22, 2008.
This provides for pavement patching, resurfacing and concrete repairs on
various municipal streets and appropriates $600,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax
(MFT) Funds for the subject section.
