DISCUSSION A discussion was held regarding
Bannockburn's decision to completely close

through and prohibit others from using a roadway. The Village
Staff was requested to consider alternatives to resolve this
situation and report to the Board at the next meeting.
Trustee Seidman noted that the Village residents should be con-
gratulated for achieving 96% participation in recycling for the
second month in a row. _ (as amended 3/4/91)

It was
determined that it would be
a slow going

needed
no immediate action at this
time.

seconded by Trustee Marovitz, the meeting adjourned at 8:55 P.M.
