A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REPRESENTATIVES TO THE
INTERGOVERNMENTAL PERSONNEL BENEFIT COOPERATIVE
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake
and Cook Counties, Illinois, have by ordinance authorized membership in the
Intergovernmental Personnel Benefit Cooperative; and
WHEREAS, Article 5, Section A, stipulates that each member municipality shall
designate one person to represent their municipality on the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the member municipality may also designate an Alternate
Representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, Lake & Cook Counties, Illinois as follows:
SECTION 1: That Robert Fialkowski, Director of Finance, be named
Representative for the Village of Deerfield and Eric Burk, Assistant Director of Finance,
shall be named Alternate Representative for the Village of Deerfield in the
Intergovernmental Personnel Benefit Cooperative.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
the passage and approval according to law.
