Dear Mr. Franz:
The Resolution for.the above - referenced Section adopted by the President and
Board of Trustees on May 16, 2005, received on September 16, 2005, was
approved as of September 20, 2005. This provides for pavement patching, curb
and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, and
resurfacing of various municipal streets and appropriates $601,000 of Motor
Fuel Tax (MFT) funds for the subject Section.
