ADJOURNED MEETING
The adjourned meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council
Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday, November 8, 1976 at 8:03 p.m. The
clerk called the roll and reported that the following were
Present: Bernard Forrest, President
D. Jeffrey Blumenthal
Norman Gavin
Edwin B. Seidman
Daniel H. Stiehr
Vernon E. Swanson
Absent: Cynthia J. Marty
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Mr. Norris
Stilphen, manager, was also present.
The Chief of Police reported that all information on Siegelman's
restaurant has been received and is in order.
Ordinance -Mun. Code Amend. Trustee Blumenthal moved, seconded by Trustee
Sec. 3 -9. Liquor Licenses Gavin, that the ordinance be passed amending
(0- 76 -57) Section 3 -9 of the Municipal Code of 1975
by authorizing an additional Class E liquor
license, a total of four Class E licenses. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Blumenthal, Gavin, Seidman, Stiehr, Swanson (5)
Nays: None (0)
The President signed the ordinance indicating has approval thereof.
There being no further business, on motion by Trustee Seidman and
seconded by Trustee Blumenthal, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
