BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
That this Village grant to Alfred H. Gastfield and Catherine E.
Gastfield, his wife, as owners of the East 62 feet of the South 167 feet of
Lot 6,.in Bleimeh.l's Subdivision, in the Village of Deerfield, a permanent
easement for - ingress and egress for pedestrian and vehicular traffic to and
from Deerfield Road, and to and from the aforesaid portion of Lot 6 whereat
the driveway upon the Gastfield property is located abutting on Lot 7 in
Bleimehl's Subdivision, over and upon the aforesaid Lot 7 in Bleimehl's
Subdivision by this Village owned, in fee, and further,
That the President and Village Clerk of this Village be and the
same are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver an
appropriate deed of conveyance and granting of such easement pursuant to the
aforesaid provisions, subject to the terms of the contract dated July 31, 1960
between the Village and Deerfield Commons,.and to make, execute and deliver
such other and further documents as shall be necessary and appropriate to
carry out the foregoing Resolutions.

of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that the prayer of the petition be
granted and said proposed reapportionment be and it is hereby approved.
