RESOLUTION NO. R-02-05
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE PRELIMINARY
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 1095 LAKE COOK ROAD
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Development Plan was approved by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield on March 19, 2001 for the property described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and commonly known as 1095 Lake Cook Road (the "Subject Property "); and
WHEREAS, Duke Realty Corporation, the owner of the Subject Property has made a
request pursuant to Article 12.09 -F,1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield for an
extension of the one year time limit for submitting a Final Development Plan to the Plan
Commission for approval; and,
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield have
considered the request of the owner and have determined that the best interests of the Village will
be served by extending for an additional six (6) months the time in which the owner is required to
submit a Final Development Plan for the Subject Property to the Plan Commission for approval in
accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, in the exercise of its home rule powers, as follows:
SECTION 1: That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield do
hereby authorize and approve, pursuant to Article 12.09 -F,1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Deerfield, a six (6) month extension of time for the owner of the property commonly
known as 1095 Lake Cook Road and legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto to submit a
Final Development Plan for the Subject Property to the Plan Commission of the Village of
Deerfield in accordance with Article 12.09 -F of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval as provided by law.
