The Adjourned meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council
Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday, April 26, 19b5 at 8 :00 p.m. The
clerk called the roll and reported the following were

John A. S. Lindemann

Absent: James M. Wetzel
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting.
The clerk announced that the judges of election in each precinct
w
had duly delivered the ballots, returns and tally sheets in connection t�
with the election for Village officials held'on the 20th day of April, 19b5. ;
Moved by Trustee Schleicher, seconded by Trustee Mandler, that the
clerk open and read the returns. z'
Motion carried unanimously.
The clerk then opened and read the returns which showed the following
votes cast for the persons indicated:

Trustee Schleicher moved, seconded by Trustee Mandler, that the
following resolution be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustee s of the Village
of Deerfield that the canvass of the vote cast at the election held April
20, 1965 showed that H. Ross Finney was elected village president; that
Catherine B. Price was elected village clerk; and that Raymond L. Craig,
Bernard Forrest and Charles Raff were elected village trustees.
Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Lindemann, Mandler, Schleicher, Smith, Wetzel (5).
Nays: None (0)
The President signed the resolution.
There being no further business, on motion by Trustee Mandler,
seconded by Trustee Lindemann, the meeting was adjourned at 8 :10 p.m.
