Authorize Ordinance Re: A letter was received from the Village
BZA Hearing Fee attorney recommending that a court
reporter be employed to record evidence
presented before the Board of Zoning Appeals on petitions for variations,
in case of an appeal to the court. He proposed that the hearing fee be
increased to cover the cost-:of a court reporter, and suggested the fee
be at least $50. Trustee Mandler moved, seconded by Trustee Lindemann,
that the attorney be directed to prepare an ordinance setting a fee of
$50 for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals.
Motion carried unanimously.'
There being no further business, on motion by Trustee Lindemann,
seconded by Trustee Smith,: the meeting was adjourned at 10 :40 p.m.

Village of Deerfield was called to order by the clerk in the Council
Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday, October 5, 1964 at 8 :00 p..m.
