A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the Mayor, in the Council Chamber of the Village
Hall on Monday, May 5, 1986, at 8:00 P.M. The Clerk called the roll and
announced that the following were
Present: Bernard Forrest, Mayor
James Marovitz
Cynthia Marty
Harriet Rosenthal
Edwin Seidman
Vernon Swanson
J. Robert York
and that a quorum was present and in attendance. Also present were
Village Manager Robert Franz and Village Attorney James Stucko.
Trustee Swanson requested that the word "graphic" be deleted from the
first line of paragraph 3 of the minutes of the previous meeting.
Trustee Swanson moved, seconded by Trustee Marty, that the minutes of
the previous meeting as corrected be approved. Motion carried
unanimously.

no further
business,
upon motion
by Trustee Marty, seconded

Swanson, the
meeting
adjourned at
8:15 p.m.
