04/07/1986April 7, 1986 A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the Mayor, in the Council Chamber of the Village Hall on Monday, April 7, 1986, at 9:05 P.M. The Clerk called the roll and announced that the following were Present: Bernard Forrest, Mayor James Marovitz Cynthia Marty Edwin Seidman Vernon Swanson J. Robert York Absent: Harriet Rosenthal and that a quorum was present and in attendance. Also present were Village Manager Robert Franz and Village Attorney James Stucko. Attorney Stucko discussed the background of special assessment #116 and the procedures involved. The estimated construction cost is $118,623. A public hearing to be held on the question of making the local improvement is scheduled for April 21, 1986, the date of the next Board of Trustees meeting. Trustee Marovitz moved, seconded by Trustee Seidman, that the Originating Resolution authorizing Special Assessment No. 116 be adopted. Motion carried by the following vote: AYES: Forrest, Marovitz, Marty, Seidman, Swanson, York (6) NAYS: None (0) ABSENT: Rosenthal (1) There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
