A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the secretary in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall
on Monday, December 5, 1977 at 8:14 p.m. The secretary called the roll and
reported that the following were
Present: D. Jeffrey Blumenthal
Norma Gavin
Jerold L. Heisler
Cynthia J. Marty
Edwin B. Seidman
Vernon E. Swanson
Absent: Bernard Forrest, President
and that a quoru was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present
were Messrs. James Stucko, representing the Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen,
manager.
Mr. Blumenthal moved, seconded by Mr. Heisler, that Mr. Swanson be
appointed President pro tem.
Motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Seidman moved, seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, that the minutes of the
meeting of the Board of Local Improvements held November 21, 1977 be approved
as submitted.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improve-
ments, on motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Seidman, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
