A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall
on Monday, July 21, 1975 at 8:10 p.m. The secretary called the roll and reported
that the following were
Present: Bernard Forrest, President
D. Jeffrey Blumenthal
Norma Gavin
Edwin B. Seidman
Daniel H. Stiehr
Absent: Cynthia J. Marty
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present were
Messrs. Herbert Linn, representing the Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager.
Resolution Authorizing Vouchers A Resolution was presented authorizing the
1,2,3,415,6 S/A 112 Gordon Ter. issuance of vouchers on Special Assessment
Improvements (R -75 -3 BLI) No. 112 as follows:

and authorizing the secretary to execute the Certificate of Issuance of the First
Voucher to Millburn Brothers, dated July 21, 1975, and to file the same with the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois.
Mr. Seidman moved, seconded by Mr. Stiehr, that the Resolution be passed as
presented. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Blumenthal, Gavin, Seidman, Stiehr (4)
N ays: None (0)
The President and members of the Board of Local Improvements signed the
R esolution.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improve-
ments, on motion by Mr. Stiehr and seconded by Mr. Seidman, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
