A meeting of the Board of Local..Improvements of the Village of Deerfield was
called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday,
November 18, 1974 at 8:05 p.m. The secretary called the roll and reported that the
f ollowing were
Present: Bernard Forrest, President
Frederic R. Finne
Norma Gavin
George Kelm
Lester T. Moate
Walter H. Moses, Jr.
Daniel H. Stiehr
Absent: None
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present were Messrs.
James Stucko, representing the Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager.
Resolution Authorizing Vouchers The resolution was presented authorizing the issuance
1,2,3,4 -S /A 111- Wilmot - Berkley of vouchers on Special Assessment No. 111, Wilmot/
Improvements Berkley Improvements, as follows:
R - 74 -BLI -1
1. Henry L. Uteg & Associates $ 810.00
2. Pedersen & Houpt 1,050.00
3. Village of Deerfield, levy and Collection 324.71
4. Village of Deerfield, engineering service 3,002.57
and authorizing the secretary to execute and file the Certificate of Issuance of First
Voucher with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois.
Mr. Moate moved, seconded by Mr. Stiehr, that the resolution be passed as presented.
Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Finne, Gavin, Kelm, Moate, Moses; •. Stiehr (6)
N ays: None (0)
The President and members signed the resolution.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improvements,
on motion by Mr. Stiehr and seconded by Mr. Kelm, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
