03/07/19721 1 March-7, 1972 A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Tuesday, March 7, 1972 at 8:05 p.m. The secretary called the roll and reported that the following were Present: Bernard Forrest, President Albert E. Brust George Kelm Werner E. Neuman M. Jay Turner, Jr. Absent: Charles R. Bootz Stephen M. Slavin and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present were Messrs. David Newman, representing the Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager. Resolution- Recommend'Rebate The resolution was presented recommending a Surplus Funds S/A 94 & 97 rebate of surplus funds in Special Assessment (R- 72- BLI -1) No. 94, Wilmot curb and gutter, and Special Assessment No. 97, Rosewood sewer and water improvements. Mr. Brust moved, seconded by Mr. Kelm, that the resolution be passed. Adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Brust, Kelm, Neuman, Turner (4) Nays: None (0) The President signed the resolution indicating his approval thereof. There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improvements, on motion by Mr. Neuman and seconded by Mr. Turner, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 P.M. APPROVED: Secretary
