A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall
on Monday, August 17, 1970 at 8:00 p.m. The secretary called the roll and
reported that the following were
Present: Bernard Forrest, President
Charles R. Bootz
George P. Schleicher
Stephen M. Slavin
Absent: George Kelm
M. Jay Turner, Jr.
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the.meeting. Also present
were Messrs. Richard Houpt, Village attorney, and A.M. Cleven, representing the
Village manager.
Approve Voucher 416, S/A 108 Mr. Schleicher moved, seconded by Mr.
$13720.05 - Zera Construction Bootz, that the issuance of Voucher No.
& A Ritacca & Sons, Inc. 16 be approved in the amount of $13,720.05
to Zera Construction Company and A. Ritacca
and Sons, Inc. for work completed on Hovland improvements, Special Assessment
No. 108. Adopted by the following- vvote:
Ayes: Bootz, Schleicher, Slavin, Forrest (4)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improve-
ments, on motion by Mr. Slavin, seconded by Mr. Schleicher, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
