A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield was
called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on
Monday, August 3, 1970 at 8:20 p.m. The secretary called the roll and reported that
the following were
Present: Bernard Forrest, President
George Kelm
George P. Schleicher
Stephen M. Slavin
M. Jay Turner, Jr.
Absent: Charles R. Bootz
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present were
Messrs. Richard Houpt, Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager.
Approve Voucher #15 S/A 108 Mr. Kelm moved, seconded by Mr. Schleicher, that
$161- Novak, Dempsey & Assoc. the issuance of Voucher No. 15 in the amount of
$161.00 be approved to Novak, Dempsey & Associates
for inspection services in connection with.Hovland improvements, SpeciAl Assessment
No. 108. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Kelm, Schleicher, Slavin, Turner (4)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further businesss to come before the Board of Local Improvements,
on motion by Mr. Schleicher, seconded by Mr. Turner, that meeting was adjourned at
8:22 p.m.
