A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was aalled to order by.the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall
on Monday, July 6, 1970 at 8:10 p.m. The secretary called the roll and reported
that the following were
Present: Bernard Forrest, President
Charles R. Bootz
George Kelm
George P. Schleicher
M. Jay Turner, Jr.
Absent: Stephen M. Slavin
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present
were Messrs. RichardcHoupt, Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager.
Mr. Schleicher moved, seconded by Mr. Bootz that the minutes of the meeting
held June 15, 1970 be approved as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
Approve Voucher #14 S/A 108 .,1 Mr. Schleicher moved, seconded by Mr. Turner,
$16110 -Zera & Ritacca that--the issuance of Voucher No. 14 in the
amount of $16,110.00 be.approved to Zera Con-
struction Company and A. Ritacca & Sons for work completed on Hovland Improvements,
Special Assessment No. 108. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Bootz, Kelm, Schleicher, Turner (4)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improve-
ments, on motion by Mr. Bootz, seconded by Mr. Turner, the meeting was adjourned
at 8:12 p.m.
