11/03/196911 November 3, 1969 A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday, November 3, 1969 at 8:15 p.m. The secretary called the roll and reported that the following were Present: Bernard Forrest, President Jayman A. Avery. Jr. Charles R. Bootz George P. Schleicher Stephen M. Slavin M. Jay Turner, Jr. Absent: George Kelm and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present were Messrs. Richard Houpt, Village attorney, and Ed Klasinski, Public Works Director. Mr. Schleicher moved that the minutes of the meeting held October 20, 1969 be approved as submitted. Seconded by Mr. Slavin, and carried unanimously. Add. 2 Wks. Completion A letter dated October 31, 1969 from Charles W. Hovland Improvements Greengard Associates recommended that the S/A 107 George W. Kennedy Construction Company be given an additional two weeks to complete work on Hovland improvements, Special Assessment No. 107. The list of items to be completed was attached. Mr. Klasinski stated the work could be finished within two weeks if the weather is favorable. The Board indicated-approval of -.the two week.extension and asked that the matter be on the agenda for the next meeting. There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improvements, on motion by Mr. Schleicher, seconded by Mr. Avery, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. P APPROVED Secretary
