A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall
on Monday, March 17, 1969 at 8:15 p.m. The secretary called the roll and reported
that the following were
Present: H. Ross Finney, President
Charles R. Bootz
Bernard Forrest
George Kelm
...,Charles H. Raff
George P. Schleicher
Absent: Raymond L. Craig
and that a quorum was present -and.in attendance at the meeting. Also present
were Messrs. Richard Houpt, Village attorney, and Norris.Stilphen, manager.
Appoint James K.'Stucko The President appointed Mr. James K.
Commissioner of S/A Stucko, 1039 Kenton Road, Deerfield,
Hovland Improvements S/A 108. as..Commissioner_ of Assessments for
Special Assessment No. 108, the improve -
mentsof portions of certain streets in Hovland Subdivision.
Mr. Raff moved, seconded by Mr. Bootz, that the appointment of Mr. Stucko
be confirmed.
Motion carried unanimously.
Approve Voucher #10, S/A 4107 Mr. Kelm moved, seconded by Mr. Schleicher,
Chas. Greengard Assoc. $322.50 that the issuance of Voucher No. 10 in the
amount.of $322.50 be approved to Charles
W. Greengard Associates for inspection services in connection with Hovland improve-
ments, Special Assessment No. 107. Adopted by the followign vote:
Ayes: Bootz, Forrest, Kelm, Raff, Schleicher (5)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improvements,
on motion by Mr. Raff, seconded by Mr. Forrest, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
