09/04/1968September 4, 1968 A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hail on Wednesday, September 4, 1968 at 12 :50 a.m. The secretary called the roll and reported that the following were Present: H. Ross Finney, President Raymond L. Craig Bernard Forrest George Kelm Charles H. Raff George P. Schleicher Absent; Charles R. BOOtz, and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting, Also present were Messrs. Richard Houpt, Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager. Resolution - Supplemental Assessment The Village attorney reported that the Hertel Lane Improvements S/A 106 revised estimate 6f costs for the Hertel Lane improvement, Special Assessment No. 106, would require a supplemental assessment of $4,169.41. Mr. Raff moved seconded by Mr. Kelm, that a Resolution be adopted authorizing a supplemental assessment of $4,169.41 for Hertel Lane improvements, and setting September 16, 1968 as the date for the public hearing on said supplemental assessment. Adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Craig, Forrest, Kelm, Raff, Schleicher (5) Nays: None (0) Bids -S /A 107 Hovland Improve. Mr. Raff moved, seconded by Mr. Forrest, ar Meeting, Sept. 23, 1968 that publication of notice be authorized for bids on Hovland improvements, Special Assessment No. 107, to be returned on or before 8 :00 p.m., September 23, 1968, and a meeting of the Board of Local Improvements he called for that date and hour. Motion carried unanimously.
