A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of
the Village Hall on Monday, November 6, 1967 at 8 :15 P.m. The secretary
called the roll and reported that the following were
Present: H. Ross Finney, President
Charles R. Bootz,
Raymond L. Craig,
Bernard Forrest
George Kelm
George P. Schleicher
Absent: Charles H. Raff
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meetings. Also
present were Messrs. Richard Houpt, Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen,
manager.
Recommendation - Sidewalks A recommendation by the Board of Local
Woodward,'Sheridan, Oakley Improvements to the Board of Trustees
for the passage of an ordinance providing
for the construction of sidewalks on portions. -of Woodward, Sheridan and
Oakley Avenues, pursuant to Article 11, Division 84, Illinois Municipal Code,
was presented and read in full.
Mr. Forrest moved, seconded by Mr. Schleicher, that the recommendation
be adopted and submitted to the Board of Trustees. Adopted by the following
vote:
Ayes: Bootz, Craig, Forrest, Kelm, Schleicher (5)
Nays: None (0)
The President and all members signed the recommendation.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local
Improvements, on motion by Mr. Schleicher, seconded by Mr. Kelm, the
meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
