A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall
on Monday, August 21, 1967 at 8 :20 p.m. The secretary called the roll and
reported that the following were
Present: H. Ross Finney, President
Raymond L. Craig
Bernard Forrest
Charles H. Raff
George P. Schleicher
Absent: Charles R. Bootz
George Kelm
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present
were Messrs. Richard Houpt, Village attorney, and Robert Bowen, building
commissioner, representing the Village mare ger.
Recommendation - Ordinance Mr. Raff moved, seconded by Mr. Craig, that the
Hertel Ln. S/A 106 Board of Local Improvements submit an ordinance
providing for the construction full improvements,
consisting of paving, sidewalks, water mains, sanitary sewer and storm sewer,in
Hertel Lane from Wilmot Road to Carol Lane with the estimate of cost of said
improvement, and recommend the passage of said ordinance by..the Board of Trustees
and the making of said improvement. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Craig, Forrest, Raft, Schleicher (4)
Nays: None (0)
The President and all members present signed the recommendation.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local Improve -
merrts, on motion by Mr. Forrest, seconded by Mr. Raff, the meeting was adjourned
at 8 :22 p.m.
