A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President pro tem John A. S.
Lindemann, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday,
February 15, 1965 at 8 :25 p.m. The secretary called the -roll and reported
the following were
Present: John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
Ellis W, Smith
James M. Wetzel
Absent: I. K. Hearn, President
George P. Schleicher
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also
present were Messrs. Byron Matthews, Village attorhey, and Norris Stilphen,
manager.
Moved by Mr. Mandler, seconded by Mr. Wetzel, that minutes of the
meeting of the Board of Local Improvements held January 18, 1965 be
approved as submitted.
Motion carried unanimously.
Approve Voucher. #5 Mr. Mandler moved,,seconded by Mr., Smith,
S/A 101, Kennedy Const. that the Board authorize the issuance of
$18,704.70 Voucher No. 5 in the amount of $18,704.70
to George W. Kennedy bonstruction Company
for work completed on the Greenwood Interceptor Storm Sewer, Special
Assessment No. 101, as recommended by the Engineer. Adopted by the
following vote:
Ayes: Lindemann, Mandler,Smith, Wetzel (4)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local
Improvements, on motion by Mr. Mandler, seconded'by Mr. Smith, the
meeting was!:adjourned at 8 :30 p.m.
