A meetin g of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers
of the Village Hall on Monday, January 4, 1965 at 8 :15 p.m. The
secretary called the roll and reported the following were
Present: I. K. Hearn, President
John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
George-P. Schleicher
Ellis W. Smith
Absent: James M. Wetzel
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present
were Messrs. Byron Matthews, Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager.
Moved by Mr. Mandler, seconded by Mr. Schleicher, that minutes of the
meeting held December 21, 1964 be approved as submitted.
Motion carried unanimously.
Approve Voucher 1, S/A 101 Mr. Lindemann moved, seconded by Mr. Mandler,
Kennedy Const. - $2,700 that the issuance of Voucher No. 1 be
approved to George W. Kennedy Construction
Company in the amount of $2,700,.?00 for construction completed under Special
Assessment No. 101, Greenwood Park Interceptor Storm Sewer. 'adopted by the
following vote:

services in connection with Special Assessment No. 101, Greenwood Park
Interceptor Storm Sewer. Adopted by the following vote:

Approve Voucher 4, S/A 101

Mr. Smith moved, seconded by Mr.
Mandler, that the issuance of Voucher
No. 4 be approved to Henry L. Uteg
services as Deputy Commissioner of
Special Assessment No. 101, Greenwood
Adopted by the following vote:

Authorize Certificate to Mr. Schleicher moved, seconded by
Issuance of First Voucher Mr. Smith, that the President and
S/A 101 Secretary of the Board of Local
Improvements be authorized to sign
the Certificate to the Issuance of First Voucher in the matter of
Greenwood Park Interceptor Storm Sewer, to be filed with the Clerk
of the Circuit Court.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the.Board of
Local Improvements, onr-moti -on by Mr. Mandler, seconded by Mr.
Schleicher, the meeting was adjourned at 8 :20 p.m/
