A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers
of the Village -Hall on Monday, August 3, 1964 at 9:20 p.m. The secretary
called the roll and repotted the following were
Present: I. K. Hearn, President
John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
George P. Schleicher
Absent: Ellis W. Smith
James M. Wetzel
and, that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present
were Messrs. Byron Matthews, Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager,
Approve Voucher 3 Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr. Schleicher,
S/A 102 - $2651.14 that the issuance of Voucher No. 3 be
Thomas A. Matthews approved in the amount of $2,651.14 to
Thomas A. Matthews, for legal services in
connection with Special Assessment No. 102. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Lindemann, Mandler, Schleicher, Hearn (4)
Nays: None (0)
Approve Voucher 4 Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr. Schleicher,
S/A 102 - $1767.43 that the issuance of Voucher No. 4 be
Henry Uteg approved in the amount of $1,767.43 to
Henry Uteg for services As Deputy Commissioner
of Special Assessments in connection with Special Assessment No. 102. Adopted
by the following vote:
Ayes: Lindemann, Mandler, Schleicher, Hearn (4)
Nays: None (0)
The President and Clerk signed the Certificate as to the issuance of
the 1st voucher on July 20, 1964, to be forwarded to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local
Improvements, the meeting was adjourned at 9:25 p.m.
