A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order'by the President in the Council Chambers
of the Village Hall on Monday, July 20, 1964 at 8 :15 p.m. The secretary
called the roll and reported the following were
Present: I. K. Hearn, President
John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
George P. Schleicher
Ellis W. Smith
Absent: James M. Wetzel
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also
present were Messrs. Byron Matthews, Village attorney, and Norris
Stilphen, manager.
Approve Voucher #1, S/A 102 Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr..
$51,822.46 - E. A. Meyer Schleicher, that the Board approve
the issuance of Voucher No. 1,
Special Assessment No. 102, to E. A. Meyer Construction Company, Inc.
in the amount of $51,822.46 for work completed in the Special Asess-
ment improvement on Pine, Spruce, Hemlock and other streets in the
Village. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Lindemann, Mandler, Schleicher, Smith (4)
Nays: None (0)
The President signed the said Voucher.
There being no further business to come before the Board of
Local Improvements, the meeting was adjourned.
