05/04/1964May 4, 1964 The adjourned hearing of the Board of Local Improvements on Hazel Avenue improvements, Special Assessment No. 105 was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday, May 4, 1964 at 8 :25 p.m. The secretary called the roll and reported the following were Present: Ira K. Hearn, President John A. S. Lindemann James E. Mandler George P. Schleicher Ellis W. Smith James M. Wetzel Absent: None and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present were Messrs. Seymour Axelrood, representing the Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager. Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr. Schl.eicher, that minutes of the public hearing on Special Assessment No. 105 on April 23, 1964 be approved as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. The manager reported that the three owners of property involved in Special Assessment No. 105 had agreed to construction of the improvement on a cash basis. Mr. Fred Ruopp, who lives in California, had agreed by telephone, and Mr. Henry Uteg, who was vacationing in California, had agreed to call on Mr. Ruopp to discuss the matter fully and report to the Board.upon his return. Mr. Schleicher moved, seconded by Mr. Lindemann, that the meeting be adjourned to the next regular Meeting, May 18, 1964. Motion carried unanimously. I 1F1 Secretary
