2. That there is hereby appropriated the 9QRRI) sum of fifty four thousand dollars and no/100
Dollars ($. 54, 000.00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax tunds.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to
the district office of the Department of Transportation.
