11/18/1963November 18, 1963 A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield wascalled to order in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday, November 18, 1963 at 8 :40 p.m. The Secretary called the roll and reported the following were Present: John A. S. Lindemann James E. Mandler George P Schleicher Ellis W. Smith James M. Wetzel Absent: David C. Whitney, President .Ira K. Hearn, Jr. and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present were Messrs. Seymour Axelrood, representing the Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager. Resolution: Public Hearing A resolution was presented and read S/A 104 Wilmot Water Main setting December 16, 1963 at 8 :00 p.m. Dec. 16, 1963, 8:00 p.m. as the time for a Public Hearing on Special Assessment No. 104. the Wilmot Road The improvement Water Main Improvement, described in the Resolution provides for the installation of a water main on Wilmot Road between Hazel Avenue and Garand Drive. Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr. Schleicher, that said resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. Receive Bids S/A 102 Mr. Schleicher moved, seconded by Mr. Dec. 16, 1963, 8 :30 p.m. Mandler, that a notice be published setting December 16, 1963 at 8 :30 p.m. as the time for receiving bids on the Cedar, Spruce, Pine, Arbor Vitae, Juniper Special Assessment project No. 102. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution - Hovland Improve- A resolution was presented and read ments Public Hearing Dec. 16, setting the date for the Public Hearing 1963., 8:00 p.m. on December 16, 1963 at 8 :00 p.m. for a local improvement consisting of installa- tion of water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and drainage improve- ments, and street improvements on parts of the following streets: Wilmot Road, Kenmore Avenue, Birchwood Avenue, Fairview Avenue, Rosewood Avenue, Lake -Cook Road, Laurel Avenue and Gordon Terrace, Special Assessment No. 103. Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr. Schleicher, that the said resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. .
