A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village
of Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council
Chambers of the Village Hall on Tuesday, May 7, 1963 at 12:20 A.M.
The secretary called the roll and reported the following were
Present:' David C. Whitney, President
Ira K. Hearn, Jr-.
John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
George P. Schleicher
Ellis W. Smith
James M. Wetzel
Absent: None
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also
present were Messrs. Seymour Axelrood, representing the Village attorney,
and Norris Stilphen, manager.
Approve Certificateof Cost The Certificate of Cost and Comple-
S Completion S/A 99 tion for Special Assessment Warrant
Wilmot Sidewalks $25,379.83 No. 99, Wilmot Road sidewalks, in
the amount of $29,379.83 was
presented for approval. Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr. Schleicher,
that the certificate be approved. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Hearn, Lindemann, Mandler, Schleicher, Smith, Wetzel (6)
Nays: None (0)
The Certificate was then signed by all members of the Board of
Local Improvements.
There being no further business to come before the Board of
Local Improvements, the meeting was adjourned at 12 :25 A.M.
