A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfield was called .to order by the President in the Council Chambers
of the Village Hall on Monday,.November 19, 1962 at 8 :00 p.m. The
secretary called the roll and reported the following were ..
Present: David C. Whitney, President
John F. Aberson
Ira K. Hearn, Jr.
John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
Absent: Maurice C. Petesch
Winston S. Porter
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also
present were Messrs. Seymour Axelroo_d, representing the Village.attorney,
and Norris-Stilphen, manager.
2ndResolution t Recommendation Mr. Aberson moved, seconded by Mr. Mandler,
Hemlock, Cedar., etc. S/A #102 that,the second Resolution adhering to the
proposed plan for paving and other improve-
ments in Hemlock Street,.Juniper,Terrace, Cedar Gene, Cedar Street, Arbor
Vitae Road, Pine Street and Spruce Street be adopted, and the recommendation
to the Board.of Trustees to proceed with the improvement be approved.
Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Aberson, Hearn, Lindemann, Mandler (4)
Nays: None (0)
Approve Report -Cost t Mr. Hearn moved, seconded by Mr. Aberson,
Completion - Wilmot Sidewalks that the report to the Court of the cost
S/A #99 and completion of the Wilmot Road side-
walk improvement, Special Assessment #99,
be approved. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Aberson, Hearn, Lindemann, Mandler .(4)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further busi.ness to come before the Board of Local
Improvements, the meeting was adjourned.
