A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfceld was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers
of the Village Hall on Monday, November 5; 1962 at 8 :00 p:m. The
secretary called the roll and reported the following were
Present: David C. Whitney, President
John F. Aberson
Ira K. Hearn, Jr.
John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
Winston S. Porter
Absent: Maurice C. Petesch
and that a quorum was present and in, attendance it the meeting. Also
present were Messrs. Thomas Matthews, Village attorney, and Norris
Stilphen, manager.

- Ciorba, Spies, Gustafson $86.91
No. 97, as follows:
Bills were presented for work and
services in connection with the
Rosewood- Birchwood sewer and water
improvement, Special Assessment
North Shore Sewer and Water $500.00
Ciorba, Spies & Gustafson 86.91
Mr. Lindemann moved, seconded by Mr. Mandler, that the bills be approved,
and Voucher No. 7 be issued to North Shore Sewer and Water in the amount
of S500.00, and Voucher No. 8 to Ciorba, Spies and Gustafson in the
amount of $86.91. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Aberson, Hearn, Mandler, Lindemann, Porter (5)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further business to come before the Board of
Local Improvements, the meeting was adjourned.
