A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village
Hall on Monday, August 6, 1962 at 8 :15 p.m. The secretary called the roll
and reported the following were
Present: David C. Whitney, President
John F. Aberson
John A. S. Lindemann
Maurice C. Petesch
Winston S. Porter
Absent: Ira K. Hearn, Jr.
James E. Mandler
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present
were Messrs. Thomas Matthews, Village attorney; Norris Stilphen manager, and
Robert Bowen, Building Commissioner.
Certificate - Issuance of Mr. Aberson moved, seconded by Mr. Lindemann,
1st Voucher S/A 99, tte t the Certificate as to the issuance of
Wilmot Sidewalks the First Voucher, Special Assessment No. 99,
Wilmot Road sidewalks, be appnoved bnd
signed.by the President and Secretary.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local
Improvements, the meeting was adjourned.
