A meeting of the,Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers
of the Village Hall on Monday, May 21, 1962 at 8 :30 p.m. 'The secretary
called the roll and reported the following were
Present: David C. Whitney, President
John F. Aberson
John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
Maurice C. Petesch
Absent: Ira K. Hearn,-Jr.
Winston S. Porter
and that a quorum was.present and in attendance at the meeting: Also
present were Messrs. Norris Stilphen, manager, and Seymour Axelrood,
representing the Village attorney.
Approve Voucher 1, S/A #99 Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr. Petesch,
Eric Bolander - $18,282.32 that Voucher No. 1, Special Assessment
#99, be approved to Eric Bolander Construc-
tion in the amount of $18,282.32 for Wi -lmot Road sidewalks. Adoptad by
the following vote:
Ayes: Aberson, Lindemann, Mandler, Petesch (4)
Nays: None (0)
Set Junell8,1962 for Mr. Mandler moved, seconded by Mr. Lindemann,
Hearing - Greenwood Storm that June 18, 1962 be set as the date for
Sewer the public hearing on the Greenwood Storm
sewer project.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Local
Improvements, the meeting was adjourned at 8 :35 p.m.
