A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village
Hall on Monday, May 7, 1962 at 11:50 p:m. The secretary called the roll and
reported the following were
Present: David C. Whitney, President
John F. Aberson
Ira K. Hearn, Jr.
John A. S. Lindemann
James M. Mandler
Absent: Maurice C. Peteech
Winston S. Porter
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present
was Mr. Norris Stilphen, Village manager.
Mr. Hearn moved,. seconded by Mr. Mandler, that Voucher No. 6 to.Eric
Bolander Construction be-approved in the amount of $989.13 for work completed
on the Central Avenue Special Assessment Warrant No. 96. Adopted by the
following vote:
Ayes: Aberson, Hearn, Lindemann, Mandler (4)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
