A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Copncil Chambers
of the Village Hall on Monday, January 8, 1962 at 8:00 p.m. The secre-
tary called the roll and reported the following were
Present: David C. Whitney,_ President
James E'. Mandler'
Maurice C. Petesch
Winston S. Porter
Absent: John F. Aberson
Ira K. Hearn, Jr.
John A. S: Lindemann
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also
present were Messrs-, Thomas A. Matthews, Village attorney, and Norris
Stilphen, manager.
